Würth New Zealand Limited is part of the global Würth Group and is one of New Zealand’s leading suppliers of fixing and assembly products to the Automotive, Cargo, Metal and Construction industries. The complex is a large warehouse created with two separate fire cells, to provide two warehouse facilities. These are linked by a generous drive through canopy, which allows for 24/7 all weather freight movements.

A high quality bespoke office fitout was undertaken, over 1300m² of floorspace, featuring Starke 159mm flushglaze commercial aluminium  joinery in matt black and dark tinted glazing. Construction commenced in June 2019 and proceeded rapidly over the following months, with practical completion being achieved in May 2020.

Now a stand-out building among the many in the old Wiri quarry.
